What's Covered?
- Our one-year warranty guarantees that your Desktop Pilot hardware will operate up to the standards we’ve set for it.
- We will repair or replace any faults caused by production errors related to specified parts within the product. For example, if you encounter an issue with your hardware that’s due to wiring, firmware, or manufacturing errors, simply return your faulty product and we will send you a working replacement.
What's Not Covered?
- Our warranty does not extend to accidental damage. So, if you drop your throttle quadrant, spill coffee on your ignition panel, or any other accidental mishaps, the responsibility for repair lies with the consumer.
