Although this quadrant is mostly made of plastic, it's well worth the price ($260 compared to the $600 metal quadrant). The build still feels solid, and the controls are responsive in the simulator. The friction nut also works; don't think it's much needed though.

The G1000 suite is absolutely exceptional. It looks and feels great. The software works fantastic and when I did have a problem with one of the screens the customer service was hands on and ready to go. We were able to resolve the issue over the phone and with facetime preventing me from using time waiting on a replacement. Alex is the best! I spent nearly 6 grand building my flight sim and every penny I spent with Desktop Pilot was money well spent.

The V2 Trim Wheel is easy to install with the SkySync and WAsim Plugin. The unit sinks up quickly and preform like it would in real life. I am very pleased with all the products from Desk Top Pilot and their service and support is out standing. I recommend this produce highly.
