Great Product! It has really improved my home sim cockpit and made it feel more immersive, really improved the look for streaming. The Build quality is fantastic. Set up couldn’t be easier. Delivery came well packaged and quick. Wish I found Desktop Pilot earlier when I started my build. Just need to get a set of G1000s to complete the set up.

Although this quadrant is mostly made of plastic, it's well worth the price ($260 compared to the $600 metal quadrant). The build still feels solid, and the controls are responsive in the simulator. The friction nut also works; don't think it's much needed though.

The G1000 suite is absolutely exceptional. It looks and feels great. The software works fantastic and when I did have a problem with one of the screens the customer service was hands on and ready to go. We were able to resolve the issue over the phone and with facetime preventing me from using time waiting on a replacement. Alex is the best! I spent nearly 6 grand building my flight sim and every penny I spent with Desktop Pilot was money well spent.

    Desktop Pilot has some great products. I have their switch panel, which I use on Xplane’ and reassigned the switches to replicate the Torque SR20/22. I also tried to utilize their parking brake, but there was no way to get it to work with the Torque 3rd party software, so I had to return it.

    I would suggest that they add a caveat that states that the hardware may not be compatible with 3rd party Xplane add-ons. They might also indicate known conditions where it does not function, as with this one.

    I think both of the products were well done, their Customer Service, shipping and information regarding order status were terrific. Rated 4 because of the incompatibility issue, but overall they are a 5, especially in comparison to some of their peers.

    I can tell you that some of their competitors only do half the job that they do.
