Terms & Conditions

  • Contest Period

    ● The contest opens on Tuesday, November 21st.
    ● Video submissions will be accepted until December 15th.

  • Submission Guidelines

    ● Participants are required to create a five-minute flight simulation video using X-Plane 11, X-Plane 12, or Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 (MSFS).
    ● Videos must demonstrate both flying skills and creative use of the simulation platform.

  • Submission Deadline

    ● All video submissions must be received by December 15th, 2023.

  • Registration

    ● To participate, contestants must register on the Desktop Pilot Contest platform at www.desktoppilot/pilotchallenge
    ● During registration, entrants will be required to provide their name and email address and upload their video.

  • Winner Announcement

    ● The winner will be selected by our panel of judges and announced on December 20th, 2023.

  • Prize

    ● The lucky winner will receive the coveted Desktop Pilot Bundle.
    ● The Desktop Pilot Bundle includes a selection of six high-quality flight simulation hardware products.

  • Eligibility

    ● The contest is open to all student pilots.
    ● Participants must register at www.desktoppilot/pilotchallenge and adhere to the specified submission guidelines to qualify.

  • Judging Criteria

    ● Entries will be judged based on a combination of flying skills, creativity, and overall presentation.
    ● The decision of the judges is final.

  • How to Submit

    ● The winner will be notified via email and announced on our official website and social media channels.

  • Publicity
